Getting started on more critiques?

So it looks like we finished our first cycle of critiques! (The time flew by so fast... Can't believe it's already March.)

Any suggestions on making improvements on our current critique method? Is a two-week turn-around time sufficient to make our critiques? Is it too much? Anything you want to suggest?

And are you happy with our current critique cycle? (Lisa going first, Caroline second, Stephanie third, and Janet fourth?)

So what's new?

Hey all! How are things going? Anything new and exciting on the writing horizon?

Personally, I have just received rejections from 2 querys AND a notification that sorry, I did not win in one of the contests I entered recently. (not that I was holding my breath or anything ;))

On the up side, I recently read The Graveyard Book... loved it. I also finally received my KINDLE...also love it!

Anyone else have news?
